Order Process
All orders must be confirmed in writing via email or official documentation
Minimum order quantities may apply for certain products
Custom quotes will be provided based on specific requirements
Order confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of inquiry
Delivery timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation
Price Changes
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market conditions, raw material costs, or other factors. However, confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price unless otherwise specified.

Payment Schedule
New customers: 100% advance payment

Late Payments
Late payment charges may apply for overdue amounts. We reserve the right to suspend deliveries and services for accounts with outstanding payments beyond agreed terms.
Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed. Free shipping may be available for orders above certain value thresholds.
Risk and Title Transfer
Risk of loss and title to products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses during transit unless caused by our negligence.
Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our food products, returns are generally not accepted unless:
Products are damaged during shipping
Wrong products were delivered
Products have manufacturing defects
Products do not meet specified quality standards
Return Procedure
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for return requests
Provide order details, photos of damaged/defective products
Obtain return authorization before sending products back
Return products in original packaging with all labels intact
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving returned products. Refund method will be the same as the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Warranties

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Damages arising from product use or consumption
Delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control
Damages exceeding the purchase price of the products
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
